TPS62130RGTR
The TPS62130 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC converter supporting a 3 V to 17 V input and delivering up to 3 A of continuous output current with an adjustable output from 0.9 V to 6 V. It uses a constant on-time (COT) DCS-Control architecture for fast transient response and light-load efficiency, with features including power-good, pre-bias start-up, synchronous rectification, tracking and voltage margining. Typical applications include point-of-load supplies for industrial, consumer and communications equipment.
